Hutcheon's Flower Co. has over 65 years of experience serving individuals and businesses in the South Shore Area. Our commitment to existing & new customers is to stress the value of floral arrangements as an important personal and business tool. We are committed to educating our clients on the social importance of proper flower selection and the important role that plays in image building and customer retention.
Jean (Mom), Debbie (sister) and JoAnne (sister) are all expert floral designers.
The Hutcheon's Flower Co., Inc. is a floral and gift delivery business dedicated to providing the absolute best possible consumer educational materials and floral as well as gift giving items and services to it's customers whether it be around the corner or around the world. We are committed to guaranteeing our customers' satisfaction and exceeding their expectations in quality of designs and customer service. This commitment is unequivocal regardless of whether that customer is a regular customer, new customer, individual or corporate client.
Our corporate social responsibility lies in our dedication to educating the public as well as our current customers to the important impact that flowers actually have in our society today: psychologically, emotionally, behaviorally and environmentally. The long term positive effects of flowers on emotional reactions, mood, social behavior and memory trigger happy emotions, and actually heighten feelings of life satisfaction.
Through constant encouragement of feedback whether comments or suggestions from both our regular customers as well as all potential customers who have received gift items from our shop, we are able to continuously re-evaluate our priorities products and services to best meet our customers ever-changing wants and needs.
Keeping abreast of floral trends, educating the public at large as well as our current and potential customers and exceeding our customers' wants, needs and expectations will enable us to continue to provide superior product quality, excellent value and outstanding customer service.
It is our intention to meet our customers needs directly; whether that customer is calling from out of state sending to a relative, loved one or acquaintance within our delivery area, a local customer looking for gift ideas that we can have delivered or shipped directly for them, or simply taking care of suggestions and delivery arrangements for our customers for items we simply cannot deliver for them personally. We are unwavering in our promise to go beyond our customer's needs and expectations, and in thanks for our appreciation of our customers we have instituted a customer bill of rights which we proudly display on the back of our company invoices. This customer bill of rights outlines our intentions to exceed their expectations in customer service or be held accountable to them directly.

Our shop has been personally delivering within the greater Plymouth county area as well as parts of Norfolk county for over 65 years:
Abington, Avon, Braintree, Bridgewater, Brockton, Canton, E. Bridgewater, Halifax, Hanover, Hanson, Hingham, Holbrook, Kingston, Marshfield, Monponsett, Norwell, Pembroke, Quincy, Randolph, Rockland, Stoughton, Whitman, Weymouth and W. Bridgewater.
Candy Bouquets, (our own specialty designs) are shipped beyond our delivery area (out of state) directly from our shop for an additonal fee.
We also deliver to all nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals and funeral homes within our delivery area. |

Our Business Hours
|
Our shop is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday.
**We are usually closed on Sundays, however we can make special arrangements to deliver funeral pieces for Sunday services upon request. If this is necessary for you, please call us directly at (781) 878-2909 or 800-528-6793 at least one day prior. |

Holiday Hours

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays:

Our candy bouquets are an exclusive item available only directly from our shop. We would be happy to ship our candy bouquets for you. Please note an additional charge of $8.00 will be applied to cover shipping and handling charges. |

A local delivery fee of $7.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. EST to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet. |
